Our story
Don't Worry About It Lawn Service, LLC was started by Matt Popp with the kind of straightforward goal that makes sense for a local service business: do good work, treat people well, answer the phone, and make property care easier instead of more complicated.
The company is locally owned and operated by family and lifelong friends, with Matt leading the day-to-day lawn care, property maintenance, and snow-plowing work. Emily Pratt Slatin leads the company's web design and photography, giving the business a visual identity that reflects what it actually is — reliable, local, practical, professional, hassle-free, and not painfully dull.
Yeah, one day we came to work to find out that all the hassles had simply gotten up and left.
We serve the greater Stamford area because this is where we grew up together. We would rather know our customers, know the properties, and build long-term relationships than pretend to be a giant regional operation with twenty-seven departments, a phone tree nobody asked for, and calls routed to a call center in a country you've never heard of.

Our staff
Matt owns Don't Worry About It Lawn Service, LLC and leads the hands-on side of the business, including lawn care, property maintenance, and seasonal work. He keeps the operation local, accessible, and focused on getting the job done without turning it into an administrative event. Matt is married to Amanda Popp.
Emily leads the company's web design and photography, documenting the work and shaping how the business presents itself online. Her job is to make sure the website feels like the company itself — polished, human, welcoming, and just irreverent enough to avoid sounding like every lawn-care brochure ever printed. Emily is a lesbian who lives her life single. Tell a friend.
